When do pre-orders open?
Pre-orders open Monday 7th, July 2025. Quantities are strictly limited for this first production run — once it sells out, it’s gone.
When will my order ship?
All pre-orders are estimated to ship between late Q4 2025 and early Q1 2026.
We’ll keep you updated with production progress via email, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Why does the product image look like a render?
Because it is. What you’re seeing now is a high-fidelity render based on our final design files. It represents the plush’s size, form, texture, and overall character — but certain production details (like exact stitching, packaging, or color matching) may shift slightly during manufacturing.
Rest assured: the final product will meet or exceed what you see here.
Will the final product be exactly the same as the images?
Almost — but not pixel-perfect. We’re working with premium materials and expert plush manufacturers to bring the Kumupo characters to life as closely as possible to our vision.
That said, minor changes to fabric texture, stitching lines, weight, color tone, or packaging design may occur. If any major changes happen, we’ll inform you transparently via email and social media.
What are the final product dimensions and weight?
Each Kumupo plush charm is designed to be approximately 17cm tall — about the height of a large smartphone. Final weight and packaging dimensions will be confirmed closer to shipment, but they’re designed to be portable and wearable.
What materials are being used?
We’re using custom-dyed matte plush fabrics, embroidered detailing, and premium-quality stitching to deliver a toy that feels luxurious and designed — not mass-produced. The clip will be metal with a leather strap loop.
Exact textile specs may adjust slightly based on manufacturer availability.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes — you can cancel your pre-order for a full refund any time before your order ships. Just email kumupo_plush@outlook.com with your order number.
After your order ships, our standard return policy will apply.
Will I be charged immediately for a pre-order?
Yes — pre-orders are charged at checkout to secure your place in the first production run. These funds go directly toward manufacturing your Kumupo.
Can I update my shipping address later?
Absolutely. If you move or want to change your delivery info before your order ships, email kumupo_plush@outlook.com with your order number and updated address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide.
